Job Descrissption:

We are looking for a mature Manager – Branch, Sales & Marketing who is self-driven, that will be responsible for overseeing our Burgersfort branch and executing marketing & sales strategies to drive client acquisition, business growth, and increase brand awareness. This position will manage day-to-day branch & marketing activities, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of company procedures, marketing and sales campaigns aligned with the company’s objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Marketing strategy development & execution.
  • Organize and oversee branch-level customer events, promotions, and outreach activities
  • Building brand awareness
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and marketing activities effectiveness
  • Manage and oversee staff at the branch
  • New client acquisition
  • Handle customer relationship management at the branch

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory, leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • A valid drivers’ license and can drive
